Garden on the Hill

Look around…
This urban space, concrete shells
Brick upon brick on the Towering Hill
Levels of stress, levels of joy,
Searching, researching, ideas deploy
Places of learning, nerves never still
Where creation is ever present on this Towering Hill
But, there are other needs to fill
Mindfulness, reflection, calm and peace
On this our beloved Hill
A place to share a memory
Remember family or friends
Thing of the past, reconcile the present and
‘touch the future’!

Memories of the day! June 1, 2019
